I’m so glad that we actually managed a photo of us all from Christmas Day; I wasn’t sure it would happen as it was a really busy one and Lucas wasn’t very well so I’m really happy with these. They were taken at my mums just before the whole family descended and we had a quiet moment to open some presents. Christmas wasn’t quite as magical as we had hoped with Lucas not being well but I think we made the best of it and kept going for the twins first birthday on the 27th. Now we are completely ready to welcome 2015 and put the poorly month of December behind us!
I’ve only just joined in with the last few months of Me & Mine 2014 so I am looking forward to starting fresh in the New Year and having a whole years worth of photos to look back on. I can already see a massive difference between October’s portrait and this one and it will be amazing to look back on this one next Christmas and see how much my boys have changed. Thank you to the lovely Dear Beautiful for hosting, her Christmassy photos are beautiful so go and have a look.
Tonight me and the husband are having a quiet night in and once the kids are in bed we will be getting all cosy with a Chinese takeaway, good films and a bottle of fizz. Hope you have a good night however you are welcoming the New Year and, as always, thank you for reading!

Awww, I’m sorry Lucas was poorly over Christmas, it seems like some is always ill this end too (it was the hubby’s turn to sniff through Christmas this year) but I’m glad it didn’t spoil the day too much. They are both cute photos of you and your gorgeous boys, I’ll look forward to seeing more next year. x

January 1, 2015 at 8:28 pmOh no, poor Lucas, it’s really no fun being poorly over Christmas. But your photos are lovely nonetheless and you all look so cosy together. It’s one of the things I like the best about Me and Mine shots, seeing the really subtle differences month on month, when you look back you really can see the little ones changing before your very eyes!
January 1, 2015 at 10:08 amThat’s exactly what I am looking forward to, it makes all the hard work of getting us altogether for a photograph worth it! xx
