Soreen is always a favourite in our house, it is always on my shopping lists and Lucas loves it. We’ve usually just have in plain or with butter but there are a whole host of recipes that use Soreen and we are keen to try some of them out. We have planned a few days out over the summer so I’ve been looking through my Soreen recipe book to see if we can do some baking to add new treats to our picnic basket!
These chocolate Soreen flapjacks seem simple to make, they look delicious and would be the perfect snack to pop into picnic boxes for days out. Best of all they are easy enough that you could bake them with the family, we are looking forward to giving them a go!
